The Tampa Bay real estate market continues to show dynamic movement as the July 2025 four-week report highlights key trends across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Sarasota, and Manatee counties.
In Pinellas County, 839 single-family homes were listed as active over the past month, with 276 homes sold and 343 moving to pending status. Condo activity remains strong as well, with 1,287 active listings and 854 sales.
Hillsborough County reported 1,996 active single-family home listings and 1,267 sold properties, reflecting consistent buyer demand. Condo sales in the county reached 643 for the month, while pending sales hit 658.
Pasco and Sarasota counties are also seeing steady transactions, though with slightly lower volumes. Manatee County, meanwhile, has shown an uptick in single-family home activity with 102 homes sold over the period.
This month’s report also reveals a notable number of price adjustments, with Pinellas County alone recording 33 price decreases and 5 increases for single-family homes.
